ULTEM  2100是sabic(基础创新,原GE)生产的一款10%玻璃纤维增强,标准流动性,广泛应用的的PEI(聚醚酰亚胺),其符合ECO标准,通过UL94 V0认证,并获得5VA认证,该产品部分等级产品可通过ISCC+认证的可再生生物基解决方案。

长期耐热性:由于玻璃化转变温度高达217°C,因此在高温下具有出色的物理和机械性能稳定性。

强度和刚度:与现有替代产品中的其他无定形热塑性树脂相比,具有出色的机械性能,可预测的硬度和强度高达200°c。未填充的透明等级在强度上与含有不透明填料的其他热塑性树脂相当。

尺寸稳定性:在现有的尺寸最稳定的热塑性塑料中,在很宽的温度范围内提供可预测性。

环境应力和抗裂性:与大多数其他无定形热塑性塑料不同,ULTEM树脂在暴露于汽车和飞机流体、脂肪烃、酒精、酸和弱水溶液时,仍能保持强度并抵抗应力开裂。

可燃性、烟雾产生和毒性:大多数等级不含添加剂的固有阻燃性——异常难以点燃,极限氧指数(LOI)为47%,截面薄至0.41毫米,符合UL94 V0规格。根据NBS烟雾释放测试,产生的烟雾极低,燃烧产物的毒性不超过木材。

加工性能:可以挤出、热成型、挤出吹塑和注射成型,并且流动性允许使用常规注射成型设备达到0.2毫米厚的长流动长度。
